Local warehouse orders

Products marked QUICKSHIP for your destination are fulfilled from the warehouse serving that destination: Canada from our Canadian warehouse; the United States and other international destinations from our U.S. warehouse; and European Union countries from our German warehouse.

Product availability and dispatch estimates depend on the selected destination. Local warehouse dispatch estimates do not apply to products stocked in Brazil.

Brazil Reserve: prepaid monthly consolidated shipments

Products stocked in Brazil are offered separately from local warehouse stock. Eligible prepaid orders are grouped into separate monthly consolidated shipments to Canada and the United States. After arrival at the destination warehouse, orders are packed individually and shipped onward. Brazil Reserve delivery through Germany is not yet offered.

Monthly consolidation adds time before local dispatch. Any estimate displayed for an order should be read together with its Brazil Reserve status and destination. We do not promise that a newly placed order will join a particular monthly shipment.

Delivery estimates and assistance

Dispatch and delivery estimates vary by product, destination and selected shipping service. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. If a parcel is lost or delayed, contact team@taygra.shoes so we can assist and investigate with the carrier. This policy does not limit agreed purchase terms or mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
