Refund Policy

1. Returns

Not happy with your purchase? Return unused and unwashed Taygra shoes within 30 days of delivery. Items bought from other distributors must be returned to the original store and follow their return policy.

How to Return:

  • Visit our Returns Center and submit the form.
  • Await approval (up to 48 hours) and follow the provided return instructions.

2. Refunds & Shipping

  • We refund the item's cost, including any applicable sales tax.
  • Original shipping fees paid by the customer (e.g., priority or express shipping) or return shipping fees are not included in the refund. If your order qualified for free shipping, there are no original shipping fees to be refunded.
  • We offer free returns for items shipped to the U.S., Canada, or Europe. For international orders where return shipping fees apply, these fees are not refunded.
  • Customs duties are on you. If we incur unexpected fees during your return, they will be deducted from your refund.
  • Ensure your return reaches us. Consider tracking and insurance if not using our label.

Free Returns: We offer free returns for items shipped to the U.S., Canada, or Europe. We'll email a pre-paid shipping label. Please note that while the return shipping is free, sale items are subject to a $10 USD restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

Due to stock fluctuations, we can't guarantee exchanges. For a different style/size, request a refund and place a new order. Your initial order will be refunded as per this policy.

4. Sales & Discounts

On Sale Items:

  • Sale items can be returned for a refund minus a $10 USD restocking fee.
  • They can also be swapped for items of equal or lesser value or exchanged for store credit of the full purchase amount (no restocking fee applied).

Purchases with Introductory Codes:

  • Purchases with introductory codes (like first-time-buyer discounts) can be fully refunded.

Conditional Discounts:

  • If returning an item affects a discount (e.g., buy 2, get 20% off), the refund adjusts for the undiscounted price of the kept item.
  • Items from orders with conditional discounts can be swapped or returned for an eGift card of the paid product value.

5. Undeliverable Mail

If a package returns to us due to reasons like "wrong address" or "unclaimed", it will be treated as a return and refunded following this policy. To resend, place a new order.
