At Taygra, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we have made our return and refund process simple and straightforward.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unworn, unused, and unwashed Taygra shoes within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging. If your purchase was made through a third-party distributor, please return the items directly to the original store, following their specific return policy.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a Return Request: Visit our Returns Center and fill out the return form.
- Approval Process: Wait for approval, which may take up to 48 hours. Detailed return instructions will be provided upon approval.
3. Refund Policy
Refundable Items:
- We will refund the purchase price, including any applicable sales tax, for eligible items.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees for refunds. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Restocking Fee:
A USD 5 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply to exchanges.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Exchange Policy
We are pleased to offer free exchanges within the U.S., Canada, and the European Union.
How It Works:
- Exchange Shipping Costs: Taygra covers the shipping costs for both the return of the original pair and the shipment of the new exchanged pair.
- Exchange Process: Request an exchange through our Returns Center. Once approved, follow the instructions provided. We will ship your exchanged items upon receipt and inspection of the original pair.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
5. Sale Items and Discounts
Sale Items:
Sale items are not refundable. However, they can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value, or for store credit of the full purchase amount. No restocking fees apply to exchanges of sale items.
Discounts:
If returning an item affects a conditional discount (e.g., "Buy 2, get 20% off"), the refund will be adjusted to reflect the undiscounted price of the items you keep. Items from orders with conditional discounts can also be exchanged or returned for store credit equivalent to the paid product value.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or being unclaimed, it will be treated as a return, and a refund will be issued following the guidelines above. To resend the items, please place a new order.
7. Customs Duties and International Returns
For international orders outside of the U.S., Canada, and the European Union, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, as well as any customs duties or import fees incurred during the return process. If Taygra incurs any unexpected fees, these will be deducted from your refund.
