If you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We accept the return of unused and unwashed Taygra shoes for up to 30 days after the shipping date.
Taygra shoes purchased from other distributors must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
To initiate a return process, visit our Returns Center and fill out the return form. On your return is approved (it should take no more than 24 hours), you will receive an email with your return instructions.
We refund the price paid for the merchandise only. The original shipping fees or the return shipping fees are not refundable.
Custom duties are also at customer's expense. If we have to pay shipping fees or customs duties at the delivery of the return package, those fees will be will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the shipping fees/customs duties to be paid at the delivery of the return package exceed the amount to be refunded, the return package will be rejected at customer's expense and the order will not be refunded.
We only offer refunds for the merchandise that is returned to us and that we actually receive. Strongly suggest that you get a tracking number and insurance for your returned package.
We provide free returns for all eligible products from a U.S. or Canadian address (see article 1 for eligibility). We will email you a pre-paid USPS or Canada Posts shipping label that you can print and stick to the returned package.
For international orders (outside of U.S. or Canada), we cannot provide shipping labels. The return shipping fees and customs duties are at the customer's expense.
We are unable to offer direct exchanges of shoes. If you wish to exchange your shoes for another style/size, please follow the procedure for a return, then place a new order from the website. Your first order will be refunded according to this policy.
If the package is returned to us for any reasons, including wrong address or unclaimed package, the order will be treated like a return and refunded according to this policy. A new order will have to be placed on the website for us to ship the package again.
