Return & Exchange Policy

1. RETURNS

We take pride in our Taygra shoes. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return of unused and unwashed Taygra shoes for up to 30 days after the shipment date. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice.

Taygra shoes purchased from other distributors, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer

1.1 CANADIAN ORDERS

For Canadian orders, we provide free returns for all eligible products (see article 1 for eligibility). Contact us at info@taygra.shoes and we will send you the return instructions. We cover the shipping fees.

1.2 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately we are not able to cover shipping fees for international orders. Shipping fees for the return of the shoes are at customer's expense.  All packages shipped COD will be rejected.

2. EXCHANGES

We do not do exchange of shoes. If you wish to exchange your shoes for another model/size, please follow the procedure for a standard return, then place a new order from the website. Your first order will be refunded according to this policy.
