Return & Exchange Policy


Unused and unwashed Taygra shoes can be exchanged or return for up to 30 days after the order date. The easiest way to make an exchange is by visiting your nearest store location. If you wish to make an exchange by mail, simply send us an email to and follow the instructions.


Orders above $75 to a Canadian address, that haven't previously been exchanged, are automatically eligible for a free exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different size or model, we will pay for both shipping fees: the return of the original package and the shipping of the replacement package.


For international or below $75 orders, unfortunately, we wont be able to cover the return shipping fees.


We take pride in our Taygra shoes. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return of unused and unwashed Taygra shoes for up to 30 days after the shipment date. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice.

The initial shipping cost or equivalent and the return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Taygra shoes purchased from other distributors, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.


If you received a pair of defective Taygra, we are very sorry. Please communicate with us by email to are hand-made shoes. Small variations are possible. reserves the right to determine whether the shoes are defective or not. Please communicate with us before requesting a return. CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

For Canadian customers, we provide free exchange of defective merchandise. Once a production defect is identified and approved by, we will pay for the return shipping fees for defective pair and shipping fees for the replacement pair. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Unfortunately we are not able to provide free exchange for international orders. Shipping fees for the return of the shoes and the replacement pair is at customer's expense.
