Return & Exchange Instructions


Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return:

RETURN BY MAIL

The above Return and Exchange Policy applies to all returns made by mail. Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from Taygra.shoes. If your item was purchased in store, it must be returned to the store.

  1. Make sure you understand our Return & Exchange Policy.
  2. Send us an email at support@taygra.shoes. Please include your order number, the reason for return and any other pertinent information.
  3. We will send you an email with further instructions to return your package.

We suggest consolidating your package by using only one shipping label and enclosing all printed Return or Exchange Authorization into the package. If you do not wish to use the shipping label we provide, you may send it back using your own trackable shipping method. We strongly suggest you insure your package if using an alternate shipping method since Taygra is not responsible for merchandise that we do not receive.

RETURN TO STORE

The Return & Exchange Policy applies to all returns to store. Returns to store are also subject to our store return and exchange policy. Certain exceptions apply.

  1. Determine if the merchandise you wish to return is eligible for an in-store return by communicating with us by email at support@taygra.shoes.
  2. Upon approval of your return, bring your shoes to our store location:

EXCHANGE

We do not do exchange. If you wish to exchange your shoes for another model or size, please follow the return instructions to request a refund. You can then purchase the new style/size from our online store.
